Gold manufacturer and business retailer Ginza Tanaka has launched the $50,000 (£31,000) Beer Mug made out of gold as part of Ginza Tanaka's Summer Cool products.
The mug is made out of 850g of gold and the company feels that it is a completely different experience to drink from a golden mug, which believed to cool down the heat during the summer months.
Aya Yanagi, a member of the Ginza Tanaka staff, said of the product: "It's, of course, tasty drinking beer from a normal glass, but it was a new experience to drink from a golden mug."
