David Archuleta , David Cook and Syesha Merchado. (Top to bottom respectively; picture sequence I mean)
The two Davids have been at the top of the pack from Day 1.
Consistently good. Consistently the favourites of both the judges and the voters alike.
Fingers point at an eventual ALL-DAVID finale for this seasons's American Idol.
Syesha on the other hand, is a great singer who's given laudable performances and but has never really set the stage on fire and the hearts of voters.
What's miraculous is the fact that she's been in the bottom 2 MORE times than any Idol hopeful in the history of this competition. EVER.
Week after week, she's in the bottom and barely scraping to the next round.
And still, she's come this far to be in the Top 3.
Will Lady Luck still be blessing this beautiful girl with the charming smile and sneek her into the top 2, like how she's been doing so every week?
Or will it indeed be the Battle of the Davids?
One of the most anticipated Idol seasons; like never before!
