Essell’s White Keyboard Invites All Nerdy Touch Typists - Gizmo Watch

Essell’s White Keyboard Invites All Nerdy Touch Typists - Gizmo Watch: "Everyone isn’t actually well versed with those keys on the keyboard. I just very well remember what a bad time I would have typing on the keys as an early beginner. And still I cannot fathom typing on a plain keyboard. I still fumble at times, in spite of having letters and numbers printed on the keys. Yet for the likes of all prolific keyboard users, and Apple keyboard scunners, Essell spray painted white the entire white and silver Apple keyboard, bequeathing it in minimalist attire. Perhaps Essell’s the best typist around, that he wanted to see no keys on the board, or was he so scuffed with the monotonous Apple keyboard? Advisory, try this only if you are a nerdy touch typist.

Prince : The Royal Muse

This is a friend of mine.

He's Prince. Remember that name.

It's easy to tell that he's in the process of paving his way into the fashion and beauty industry.

And if his sense of style is anything to go by, he'll be quite big someday.

Anyway, this is a rare post because I seldom put someone I know in the spot light the way I'm doing it here. It could embarass them. (Hee hee)

But no this is not.

This here is meant to hail a Style Muse .

Totally inspired .

Travel with Louis Vuitton

Louis Vuitton City Guides

If you are rich enough to afford everything Louis Vuitton and yet for some reason hasn't stepped a foot into the fashion capitals of the world(shame on you, fool) , this set of City Guides, should be your next read.

Celebrities share their travel tips and well-oiled travellers(and probably well-heeled to make it into its pages) bring you on a trip to everything between, left , right and centre of Paris and Milan and over to New York in a chapter or two.

Enjoy it you rich , freakin fool. You arm-chair traveller-you.

Personally, I'd rather be holidaying some place where I can walk on the sands barefoot, take a dive or two from a yacht and not care about whether that top was so 10 seasons ago.

Q ... Note: New York is NOT in Europe.^^ It's in the middle of Africa.

Yamaha Launches the Revolutionary AvantGrand Piano

Alicia Keys launched the AvantGrandYamaha Keyboard Division has announced the launching of the AvantGrand Piano. With its highly advanced sound reproduction and sampling technology, the AvantGrand is the first piano ever crafted to truly capture the sound, touch, action and physical resonance of a concert-quality grand piano without the tuning, cost or footprint of a comparable stringed instrument.

The new AvantGrand uses three strategically placed resonators to recreate the tactile vibrations created by the Yamaha CFIIIS concert grand used to record the AvantGrand's digital samples. They even paid close attention to the pedal action, carefully duplicating the spring, friction, and inertia of a real concert grand.

Alicia Keys launched the AvantGrand with a performance at the NAMM convention in LA, causing her to exclaim that "it's almost like a friend. But it's even better than a friend, because it doesn't talk to you."

The Yamaha AvantGrand piano is slated to ship in July 2009 and will cost around $20,000.

2009 Porsche 911 GT3 RSR Revealed

2009 Porsche 911 GT3 RSRPorsche has revealed its most powerful GT2-class racing car, the GT3 RSR. The capacity of the well-known six-cylinder boxer engine increased from 3.8 to 4.0-litres. After another reduction in the size of the air restrictors for the 2009 season, the engine now delivers around 450 hp (331 kW) at 7,800 revs per minute and develops a maximum torque of 430 Nm at 7,250 rpm. The rev limiter of the efficient six-cylinder unit kicks in at 9,000 rpm. Compared to the forerunner, the rev level for a given power output was significantly lowered. Thanks to this, the engine features an optimised torque curve and offers better driveability.

The RSR will leave your Turbo for dead on the track, though. Thanks to a lightweight bodyshell, it weighs about the same as a child’s shoe, and has received a whole bunch of aerodynamic revisions to make it lovely and slippery through the air.

Aside from GT3 Cup and the GT3 Cup S, the GT3 RSR is the third race car based on the Porsche 911 offered by Porsche Motorsport. About 20 of the successful long distance racers have been built in Weissach and are now being delivered to customer teams around the world. The GT3 RSR costs €380,000 (£358,217 or $493,050) plus VAT specific to each country.

Audi A'KIMONO LS2.0 Futuristic Vehicle Concept Inspired by Automatic Light sculptures

Audi A'KIMONO LS2.0 This futuristic vehicle concept of Audi is called the A’KIMONO LS2.0. Designed by Teodor Kyuchukov, a Bulgarian PhD student at the University of Ruse "Angel Kanchev", Bulgaria, Department of Industrial Design, who developed Audi A’KIMONO LS2.0. It features lighting design elements borrowed from traditional interior lighting practices seen in monuments, sports facilities, and architectural buildings.

The designed concept was based on the "Automotive Lighting Sculpture" in which the exterior surfaces integrate an artificial lighting system which makes the car silhouette recognizable at night. This system makes use of hidden lighting, where the source is not visible. The exterior is more recognizable at night and in the dark, reducing chances of mishap. The impressive exteriors of the body have hidden light sources, light from these sources follows the curves and lines on the surface, creating an unobtrusive effect for the viewer.

Audi A'KIMONO LS2.0 Concept Based On Automatic Lighting Sculpture - Auto Motto

Audi A'KIMONO LS2.0 Concept Based On Automatic Lighting Sculpture - Auto Motto: "Teodor Kyuchukov’s A’KIMONO LS2.0 concept builds upon the A’kimono Concept that was displayed in 2007. The concept follows the idea of “Automatic Lighting Sculpture” to create a body that remains fairly visible in the dark, making car’s silhouette recognizable at night. The impressive exteriors of the body have hidden light sources, light from these sources follows the curves and lines on the surface, creating an unobtrusive effect for the viewer. So the exterior is more recognizable at night and in the dark, reducing chances of mishap. And well, the exteriors get a futuristic look as well, and with the lighting effects, they just look better!"

Russian Flying Giants Like Nothing Seen Before - Gizmo Watch

Russian Flying Giants Like Nothing Seen Before - Gizmo Watch: "Sometimes you come across things that you’ve not known of, and all you make out is the fact that you’ve been ignorant of it all the while. Such gargantuan symbol of my ignorance has been these huge planes gracing the Russian army in the 1930’s, when jet propulsion wasn’t even recognized. Being top-secrets of the Russians then, the modern history lovers intend to reconstruct them. Setting high standards in the aviation engineering, then constructed bomber K-7 must go without telling as to how many propellers must have been used to carry this mesmerizingly giant bird."

Green with Envy on the Red Carpet

Prolly the most famous green dress ever worn on the red carpet because firstly, the media whore that J-LO is and the fact that this dress is really an improvised scarf.
Till today, it's beyond daring. Beyond shameless. Beyond tasteful. So what's the woo haa about? Beats me. A lack of class?

Here is fashion icon and Spice Girl Victoria Beckham with a much more tasteful rendition of what J-Lo wore; a piece of cloth draped strategically. But as with any thing Vicky wears, its sharp . It's down right stunning.

If Victoria is snewy , Beyonce is curves galor va-va-voom. And even Miss B can look rather extraordinary in jewel-toned green.

Green with envy, ladies out there?

Q ... Its the red carpet. It's meant that way. ^^

S-Pace : The Jet set family

When it comes to cars, the laws of physics ring loud and clear.

You want the physical foot print on the road to match King Kongs because you have a similarly sizeable apean family to lug around (or tug along) , you 'll have to sacrifice your thirst for the sleek , fast and furious.

Unless of course, you're earning a movie star's pay cheque (like the real King Kong) . There's always the Audi Q7, Mercedes R-Class, Land Rover Discovery, Lexus LX et al to choose from.

Where sheer brute force of their mega engines compensate their even bigger bodies at the expense of Gia.

The Toyota Fortuner and Hyundai Starex can lug around half a 1st World country as well but they too suffer from fast-food obesity all the same.

But for the rest of us mere mortals who earn only enough to feed our huge families (procreation and longevity aren't cheap), and still stubbornly want the compromise between space and pace, thank bullsh*t that 3 manufacturers have been listening to their Customer Service department (they mostly just pay people to sit there and nod).

The Subaru Exiga GT: Subaru's legendary symmetrical AWD system matched to its even more iconic turbo-charged engine for an astoundingly blistering performance that'll shame many a sports car whether on the straights or around the bends. The fastest and most road-capable MPV in the world. Amazing.

The Honda Odyssey : One the world's biggest selling premium MPVs because it's really a sports car masquerading as a people mover. Low slung and stealthy matched to Honda's legendary performance. Trully a Manga-hero translated to four wheels. Bullishly Fierce.

The Ford S-Max : European Car of the Year 2008, for a reason. Dynamic and sporty. Swoon-some.

With any of these three, the space and luxury afforded by their upper-mid market positioning is a given.

Their pace on the road , however, is a huge bonus.

Q ... Proving that space and pace can be done with less.
