When you're the 'it' girls of the Orange-County crowd made up of spoilt rich kiddos who would have spent through half of their massive inheritance even before they reach 20, and then more time in clubs and rehab than in college, perhaps Mama Spears should have kept the alcohol on the higher shelf and spent more time on the Birds and the Bees.
